To describe the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)'s unconscionability in a term that a child will understand, an example is "do not eat late". Whoever is being told not to eat late would need to know the exact time is considered late and if the late food is breakfast or dinner. That is just an illustration and it is meant to tell us that the UCC needs to be specific. There are laws with exceptions and there are conditions that bound the exceptions, therfore, there should be conditions that should bound the unconscionability in UCC whereby the court would have uniform verdict on what to enforce and not to enforce
